1 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

14 cups finely chopped coriander
1/2 cup finely chopped onions to serve with pav bhaji

To make bhaji

1. Combine cauliflower, green peas, carrots and 1 cup water in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

3. Heat butter in a deep non-stick pan, add onion

Add and saute for 2 minutes on medium heat
